Program Director - Akanksha Gupta
Bright Brains is a venture driven by the passion of a working mom of 2 young kids to provide a safe, high-quality child care solution. Akanksha is a corporate professional with 15+ years experience who has worked with US MNCs (Deloitte Consulting, Colgate, PricewaterhouseCoopers etc.). She is an Electronics engineer by training and has also completed her MBA from the University of Illinois, Chicago (USA). After spending more than a decade living and working in the USA, she struggled to balance between managing professional & personal life due to inadequate child care facilities available in the neighbourhood. In 2015, she decided to leave her lucrative career in corporate industry to pursue her keen interest in child education starting her first independent centre (Brightbrains - The EB Club @ Saket) in Thane. In 2016, Bright brains expanded further to provide corporate day care facility to Asian Paints Ltd at their on-site Turbhe, Navi Mumbai facility. In 2018, Bright Brains added another independent center in Vrindavan, Thane

Our Staff
We require on-going training for our staff through orientation videos, in-house training, and other certified professionals in the education field.
